PRODUCT MANAGER

This role will lead the technical team responsible for maintaining remittance platforms while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.   • Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration.
  • Experience: At least 10 years in a product management role (preferably in remittance industry).

Job Description


  1. Oversee and optimize the end-to-end remittance processing workflow, ensuring efficient transaction handling, compliance with regulatory standards, and seamless integration with financial institutions and payment gateways.
  2. Collaborate closely with business teams to understand operational requirements and ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives and operational efficiency goals.
  3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and progress reporting.
  4. Work closely with operations teams to streamline remittance processes, identifying areas for improvement in transaction flows, automation, and system reliability to enhance overall business performance.
  5. Partner with business leaders, product managers, and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and industry trends. Ensure clear communication between technical and business teams.
  6. Oversee the maintenance and optimization of remittance systems, ensuring high availability, system reliability, and quick resolution of technical issues. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  7. Lead initiatives to introduce innovative strategies and practices in remittance processing, staying ahead of market trends and competitive solutions.

Required Skills


  • Experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong focus on remittance processing, payment systems, and financial operations.
  • In-depth understanding of business models, cross-border payments, regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC), and international banking operations.
  • Proven track record of aligning technical solutions with business and operational needs, while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead a TechOps team and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
