  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Travel and Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Description


  • Maintain regular communication with travel agency partners, ensuring smooth coordination and addressing onboarding or ongoing requirements.
  • Engage with individual users to gather feedback, resolve inquiries, and address issues related to travel and lifestyle transactions.
  • Liaise with corporate clients to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new travel and lifestyle merchants to the eSewa platform.
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential merchant leads and support the ticketing team in customer support form submissions.
  • Make calls to customers who have issued tickets or initiated bookings, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Conduct calls to users searching for flights and those involved in ticket sales to gather feedback and provide assistance.
  • Perform fare comparisons with other Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and maintain daily records of these comparisons.
  • Handle general customer inquiries related to travel and lifestyle services, providing prompt and effective resolutions.

Required Skills


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service focus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with travel and booking processes is a plus.
  • Interest in the travel and lifestyle sector is highly preferred.
