  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in relevent field.

Job Description

  • Provide regular updates to the management regarding loan recovery progress and challenges.
  • Contact loan defaulters to initiate the recovery process.
  • Accurately prepare and process loan recovery documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and in coordination with banks and financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with financial institutions and banks to facilitate loan processing, reconciliation and recovery.
  • Record and manage financial transactions related to loan recoveries and payments.
  • Conduct field visits for loan recovery.
     

Required Skills

  • Experience in loan recovery and similar fields.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and documentation processes.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
