Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with machine learning, NLP, and deep learning concepts, with a track record of successful project deployment.

Job Description

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems and enhance the capabilities of our products.
  • Leverage both traditional and advanced deep learning techniques, selecting and optimizing frameworks and libraries as needed for various projects.
  • Train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models across different domains, utilizing techniques such as supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
  • Develop robust evaluation frameworks to assess model performance and generalization, utilizing a wide range of metrics and ensuring scalability and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, data scientists, product managers, and designers to deliver scalable, high-quality AI solutions.
  • Drive the integration of AI models into production systems, ensuring seamless deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI/ML, contributing to research, experimentation, and development of innovative AI-driven solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance in machine learning and software development best practices.

Required Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques (supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning), with practical experience in model development and deployment.
  • Experience in building large-scale machine learning systems and familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML deployment.
  • Strong software engineering skills, including proficiency in version control, collaborative development, and coding best practices.
  • Advanced programming skills in Python and proficiency with relevant libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead projects and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in model optimization, tuning, and integration into production environments.
