Full Stack Developer will be responsible for front-end and backend development, building responsive, scalable, and secure applications while collaborating cross-functionally with designers, product owners, and backend engineers.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
•  3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack development roles.
• Strong proficiency with both frontend and backend technologies as listed above.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile practices.

Job Description

•    Develop and maintain modern frontend applications using React, Next.js, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
•    Build responsive, multilingual, mobile-first user interfaces, Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), and optimize for cross-browser compatibility.
•    Scale and enhance backend runtime environments ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
•    Integrate third-party APIs and external services to extend product functionality.
•    Take ownership of project development cycles, adopt the latest technologies, and build distributed, fault-tolerant systems.
•    Ensure quality standards through rigorous testing and performance tuning before release.
•    Implement and maintain security best practices to protect data and prevent vulnerabilities.
•    Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components using REST and GraphQL APIs.
•    Conduct unit testing, debug, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement in code quality.
•    Translate product owner goals into effective platform enhancements and technical solutions.
•    Lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and champion best practices in coding and design.
•    Participate actively in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

•    Frontend: React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, JavaScript (ES6+), Responsive Design, PWAs
•    Backend: PHP, Laravel, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Eloquent ORM, OOP, MVC Architecture
•    Database: MySQL or PostgreSQL, query optimization
•    DevOps & Tools: Git, Docker, Linux, AWS (basic), CI/CD
•    Testing & Debugging: Unit testing (Jest/PHPUnit), browser dev tools, Postman
•    Other: Agile/Scrum methodologies, secure coding practices
