The Business and Strategy Associate supports eXtensoData's internal strategy function, helping ensure that organizational goals are clearly structured, tracked, and connected to how the business operates day to day. This is a junior role suited for someone who is analytical, organised, and interested in how strategy gets translated into execution. You will work closely with leadership and contribute across a range of strategy, planning, and business support activities.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates with strong academic foundations are encouraged to apply

Job Description

• Support the planning and tracking of organizational goals and priorities, helping ensure alignment across teams
• Assist in preparing materials for internal reviews, leadership meetings, and cross-departmental discussions
• Help monitor progress against strategic objectives and flag gaps or updates to senior team members
• Contribute to operational improvement efforts by gathering data, mapping processes, and preparing structured analysis
• Draft, format, and maintain business documents including briefs, reports, meeting notes, and presentation materials
• Assist with research, benchmarking, and data compilation to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Take on ad-hoc business support tasks as directed by leadership.

Required Skills

• Comfortable working with data and presenting information in a clear, structured way
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance
• Familiarity with business planning frameworks is a plus, not a requirement
