The role of Product Designer is critically for maintaining design continuity, ongoing product development, and UX improvements across our products.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Design or related technical discipline
• 3-5 years of work experience in product designing roles

Job Description

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens for ERP modules (e.g., Inventory, Finance, HR, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, etc.) 
• Simplify complex enterprise workflows into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces 
• Create and maintain a consistent Design System / Component Library for the ERP platform 
• Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and users 
• Conduct user research including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations 
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and task flows to deeply understand end-user needs 
• Work closely with Product Managers to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions 
• Present and communicate design decisions, rationale, and trade-offs to cross-functional teams and leadership
• Contribute to product strategy by providing design perspectives and user-centric insights.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)    
• Familiarity with design handoff tools and developer collaboration workflows  
• Proficiency in AI-powered design tools such as: 
  • Figma AI / AI plugins (e.g., Automator, Magician, Relume) 
  • ChatGPT / Claude for UX writing, generating user scenarios, and design documentation 
  • Midjourney / DALL-E / Stable Diffusion for rapid visual ideation and mood boards 
  • Galileo AI, Uizard, or Visily for AI-assisted UI generation 
  • Maze AI, Hotjar AI for automated insights and user research analysis 
• Experience with design-to-code tools and workflows: 
  • Figma Dev Mode for streamlined developer handoff 
  • Anima, Locofy, or Builder.io for converting designs to code 
  • Zeplin, Avocode, or Supernova for design specs and asset management 
  • Understanding of design tokens and component-based handoff  
• Strong proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent) 
• Experience designing ERP, CRM, or other complex enterprise applications     
• Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and usability 
• Experience with design systems and component-based design 
• Ability to simplify complex workflows for non-technical users (SMEs) 
• Experience with data-heavy interfaces: dashboards, tables, reports, forms, and data visualization
• Experience in user research and usability testing 
• Attention to detail and consistency in design output 
• Ability to work in agile/sprint environments
