We are seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. The role focuses on building intelligent workflows, agentic AI systems, and LLM-powered applications integrated with core business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AI automation frameworks, cloud technologies, and workflow orchestration tools, along with the ability to deliver scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in AI Engineering, Automation Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical roles
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/LLM-based applications and automation workflows
• Experience working with cloud platforms, APIs, and workflow orchestration tools
• Exposure to production-grade AI systems, observability, and automation integration is preferred

Job Description

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered workflows, intelligent agents, and LLM-based applications for operational automation
• Build and integrate AI-driven solutions for products and services such as KYC automation, customer support, reconciliation, and internal operational processes
• Develop scalable automation pipelines using workflow orchestration and agent frameworks
• Integrate LLM APIs, vector databases, and embedding models into enterprise applications
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize workflows
• Implement REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations for seamless system communication
• Monitor and improve workflow reliability, observability, latency, and cost optimization across production AI systems
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and maintainability of AI automation solutions
• Maintain documentation, technical standards, and operational best practices for AI systems
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to continuously improve solutions

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python with working knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript for automation integration
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google AI models
• Experience with at least one AI agent/RAG framework (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.)
• Practical knowledge of vector databases and embedding models
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or Airflow
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architecture
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and production reliability for AI systems
• Understanding of automation best practices, scalability, and performance optimization
