Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or any related technical field required (Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.)
• Atleast 2 - 4 yrs  years of experience in Data related projects (Engineering, Data Analytics) and Project Management job.
• Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred.

Job Description

• Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for members required for specific projects or initiatives
• Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation
• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the project team.
• Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices across departments to enhance project efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
• Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical department
• Address any concerns or queries from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
• Continuously assess project management processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement process enhancements to optimize project delivery and team productivity.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
• Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex projects and data operations.
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising teams.
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively.
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
   

Preferred Skills (not mandatory but considered a plus):

• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
• Experience with data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a bonus.
