The Marketing Officer will work on maximizing visibility across redemption partners and drive large scale awareness activities among users. The ideal candidate should possess strong marketing acumen and should be able to drive unified marketing communication across channels and run multiple campaign at once. 

Qualification and Experience

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related domain.
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing roles and exposure with hospitality, restaurants, electronics, lifestyle, and beauty industries. 

Job Description

• Plan and execute multiple marketing campaign end to end (User acquisition, engagement, partner promotion and brand campaign)
• Tract campaign performance and recommend optimization techniques based on data and insights.
• Drive integrated marketing communication across Digital, On ground and Partner Channels.
• Plan and execute brand visibility initiatives to improve recall and perception of Fonepoints.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, co-marketing and brand amplification. 
• Monitor key marketing metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion, acquisition cost optimization and campaign ROI. 
• Continuously test, learn and improve campaign effectiveness. 
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and consumer behavior
• Verify the status and visibility of branding materials.
