In this role, one will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining robust and scalable applications that power our Remit platform. As an individual, one will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions and involved in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment, ensuring that applications meet the highest standards of performance, security, and reliability.

The ideal candidate should have strong background in .NET development, a passion for solving complex problems, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or any related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of prior working experience with .net framework.

• Collaboration with the functional team to align the product vision and project delivery.
• Effective communication with the business/ product team and turning the requirements into the technical solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain high quality application standards.
• Architect scalable system design with its future implications.
• Maintain code quality with proper current standards and reviews.
• Provide proper guidance to the juniors for the growth of the organization manpower.
• Get updated with the current top trends and tech stacks and implement it on the system with proper research, understanding and proper knowledge of its implications.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Knowledge of fundamental design principles for building scalable applications.
• Understanding of the code versioning using GIT/SVN.
• Experience for working with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, KnockoutJS, React, etc
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture.
• Proficiency in C# with .Net 6+
• Hands on experience with standard RESTful APIs.
• Experience with caching with Redis or any other caching mechanism.
• Experience with relational database like MySQL, SQL Server, etc.
• Experience on various security practices on the application development and hands on experience on VAPT verification of the system.
• Familiarity with messaging system like Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.
• Optimize application performance and scalability via database tuning and code optimization. Knowledge of deployment of the application along with CI/CD process.
