A UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing interfaces, conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with teams, and ensuring designs enhance user experience while aligning with brand guidelines.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a UI/UX design experience

Job Description

 Investigating user experience design requirements.

• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design with simplicity and user's needs.

• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.

• Investigate various topics, from the web or mobile usage analytics to trend spotting. Examine what works and what doesn't with the users. Every piece of information that can aid in improving the product is critical.

• Designing interfaces for iOS, Android, and web-based applications

• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.

• Maintain design consistency using style guides and style sheets and ensure that established standards and best practices are followed.

• Work closely with Front-end engineers to ensure that design requirements are met.

• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends and incorporate these where applicable.

• Contributing to the entire design process from design strategy to design execution.

 

Required Skills

Portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.

• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, In Vision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems and Principles, Adobe Creative Suite.

• Team player but can work independently too.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Keen eye for esthetics and detail.
