The Graphic Designer will help create a stronger brand for Hamrobazar, execute more effective marketing campaigns, enhance the user experience, and ultimately, drive sustainable business growth in Nepal's online marketplace.

Qualification and Experience

• Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Prior Years of Experience required: 3-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house).

Job Description

• Design graphics for digital platforms (social media, ads, website, emailers, app banners).
• Create visuals for offline campaigns (flyers, posters, billboards, merchandise).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign creatives and brand assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design materials.
• Work on motion graphics, short videos, and animations (preferred but not mandatory).
• Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver on tight deadlines.

Required Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (beneficial for web graphics)    
• Excellent visual design and layout skills
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles  
• Strong understanding of branding and visual identity
• Experience with vector and raster graphics   
• Knowledge of current design trends
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) if designing for web platforms   
• Strong creativity and artistic skills
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work 
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles   
• Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
