The role of Sr. Branding/ Marketing Officer is essential to strengthen Hamrobazar’s market presence and brand positioning.This role will ensure consistent branding across channels, improve visibility, and directly contribute to user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Qualification and Experience
- Master's or Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business. (Master’s preferred)
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Marketing, Branding or Advertising roles, specially in e-commerce industry.
Job Description
- Develop and execute brand & marketing strategies (digital + offline).
- Manage campaigns, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize for ROI.
- Oversee content creation and guide team members/agencies.
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to align branding with business goals.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, competition, and industry trends.
