• Ensure timely and regular communication to keep projects on track.
• Deliver fully verified products and enhancements that meet documented requirements.
• Manage change requests for existing features and ensure seamless implementation.
• Study product flows and trends in the market to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Contribute to comparative analysis, SWOT analysis, and other strategic evaluations.
• Participate in relevant training and professional development activities.
• Stay updated with current trends and apply best practices to improve work quality.
• Groom and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Foster a collaborative environment to drive team success.
