We are seekling a Senior Data Analyst with banking domain expertise to develop data-driven solutions. This role involves data extraction, feature engineering, scalable system development, and supporting analytics-driven products.

Qualification and Experience

• 2+ year experience in Data Analysis
• Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent

Job Description

• Detailed understanding of financial esp banking domain. 
• Identifying relevant data source from CBS,Switch, POS to solve client business need.
• Feature engineering from raw data to solve business problem.  
• Support team by providing technical contributions in a fast-paced environment to accelerate efforts on building an analytics-driven products
• Primary responsibility involves developing and leading production ready scalable end-to-end system (Python preferred).
• Involve in development of proof-of-concept of given concept from system architect or client (PO)
• In near Future, Involve in managing the lifecycle of ML model development from research to production to monitoring to continuous improvement. 
• Mentorship and grooming of junior team member. 

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of banking and financial systems (CBS, Switch, POS).
• Experience in data extraction, transformation, and feature engineering.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) for scalable system development.
• Knowledge of system architecture and proof-of-concept (PoC) development.
• Familiarity with the ML model lifecycle (research, production, monitoring, improvement).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps for ML.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
