• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
• Prior Years of Experience required: 2 years.

Job Description

• Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers, switches and firewalls and vpn tunnels.
• Configure and maintain firewalls policies, routing, and switching to optimize network efficiency and security.
• Maximize network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Implement and maintain IPS/UTM for enhanced network security.
• Ensure reliable connectivity and high uptime through monitoring of all network links.
• Investigate and resolve network faults and issues.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures.
• Implement and manage network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and threats.
• Conduct periodic audit of devices to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with third party for resolution of any related issues.
