We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases. You will create and maintain test plans, identify and track defects, and collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure software quality. This role involves enhancing test automation frameworks, conducting performance and security testing, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. As part of an Agile team, you will contribute to continuous process improvements and quality assurance best practices.

Qualification and Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in software quality assurance, including manual and automation testing.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline. 

Job Description

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Create and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test data for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Identify, report, and track bugs, defects, and performance issues.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure test coverage and quality assurance best practices.
• Develop and improve test automation frameworks for backend APIs and frontend UI testing.
• Perform load testing, performance testing, and security testing as needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, best practices, and documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement.
   

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation tools.
• Experience in API testing using Postman, or similar tools.
• Strong experience with test case management tools (JIRA, etc.).
• Knowledge of SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
• Experience in performance testing using tools like JMeter, or similar tools.
• Experience in testing ERP or large-scale enterprise applications is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile environment.
