  • Oversee the development of new products from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch
  • Manage the testing phase of new products and its iterative improvements.
  • Plan, organize, and carry out product launch strategies to guarantee prompt delivery and successful market introduction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve targeted customer acquisition for the eSewa Invest platform.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to identify and target potential customers, optimizing marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Find new market opportunities and grow the customer base to help eSewa Invest gain market share.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and enhance product offerings.
  • Promote activities for upselling, cross-selling, and higher product adoption to drive top-line growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, market conditions, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
