Product Designer or UI/UX Designer will be exploring and defining best practices, improve quality of work, exploring performance and suggest improvements in the design and development processes. 

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BIM, BSCCSIT, BIT 
• 4 Years of prior work experience as Product Designer or UI/UX Designer

Job Description

• Create and maintain UI/UX documents such as user personas, user flows, wireframes, copy docs, high fidelity mockups and prototypes. 
• Performing usability tests, user interviews, conduct design feedbacks.  
• Contribute to company’s design system, pattern library and style guide.  
• Assist design team, cross-functional team of project managers, business analyst and developers. 
• Assure project quality standards and requirements are met. 
• Perform design reviews for peers and maintain design standards. 
• Maintain necessary documentation of completed tasks and researches. 
• Assist seniors and peers in: 1. Exploring and defining best practices. 2. Improve quality of work. 3. Exploring performance and suggest improvements in the design and development processes. 
• Mentor associates and trainees in their tasks. 
• Be punctual on team events and meetings. 

Required Skills

• Understanding of layout aesthetics. 
• Hands-on experience with software like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator. 
• Experience with UX design processes like user interviews, user flows, user personas, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, high-fidelity prototypes.   
• coding, web design or at least knowledge in the field.  
• Experience in best practices for web and mobile based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques. 
• Ability to follow instructions and improvise when required. 
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
