We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our growing design 
team. You will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly interfaces that align with 
our brand, meet user needs, and contribute to the success of our products. This role involves both 
UI and UX responsibilities, from wireframing and prototyping to visual design and user research. 

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelors degree in IT or related disclipine/domain.
• 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design or related field.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile applications. 
• Familiarity with Agile development processes. 
• Background in Information Technology. 
• Ability to present and defend design decisions based on user needs and business 
• goals.

Job Description

• Translate product requirements into user-friendly wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs. 
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions. 
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and ensure consistency across all digital products. 
• Apply user-centered design principles and best practices in UX across web and mobile platforms. 
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. 
• Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs. 
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Required Skills

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. 
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. 
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user data. 
• Solid portfolio showcasing design projects and your role in them. 
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus. 
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
