We are seeking a skilled Graphics Designer to join our team and bring visual concepts to life. The ideal candidate will create engaging graphics, short GIFs, and videos while designing in-app offers and marketing materials that align with our brand identity. This role combines creativity, technical design expertise, and collaboration to deliver impactful visuals across multiple platforms.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing static and motion graphics.

Job Description

• Design Creation:

- Develop visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, social media, and print.

- Create designs for in-app offers, banners, and promotional materials that enhance user engagement.

• Motion Graphics and Video Content:

- Design short GIFs and videos for marketing campaigns and social media channels.

- Edit and animate visuals to create dynamic and engaging multimedia content.

• Campaign and Marketing Support:

- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative assets for campaigns and promotions.

- Ensure visuals effectively communicate campaign messages and goals.

• Brand Consistency:

- Maintain and enhance brand guidelines to ensure all designs align with the company’s visual identity.

• Collaborative Projects:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, App Development, and Business Development, to deliver tailored design solutions.

- Understand project requirements and translate ideas into creative concepts.

• Innovation and Trend Awareness:

- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.

- Experiment with new formats and approaches to improve visual impact.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro (or similar tools).
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD for in-app design is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and animation techniques.
