Qualification and Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Preferably internship or 0-1 years of experience in related roles.
Job Description
- Assist in daily operational activities and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
- Supporting the merchant onboarding process by ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place.
- Upload offers and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in internal systems.
- Regularly monitoring and updating merchant offers, including stock levels, limits, and placement.
- Ensure merchants’ invoices are received promptly and processed on time by the finance team.
- Perform timely documentation and maintain proper filing of partner agreements, offer records, and redemption data.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve operational queries.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.

- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
