As an Associate AI Engineer, you'll build and deploy smart models that power both real-time and batch applications. You’ll work with product and engineering teams to bring AI features to life, cleaning data, training models, integrating with APIs, and continuously improving performance.

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably 1-2 years of hands-on work experience in AI role.

Job Description

• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models for real-time and batch  applications.
• Clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data 
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI features into scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance and retrain/update models as needed.
• Stay current with trends and advancements in machine learning, AI ethics, and fintech-specific applications.
• Document experiments, model architectures, and development workflows clearly and reproducibly.

Required Skills

• Basic exposure and understanding of AI/Machine learning concepts
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and hands-on experience with Python libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with data manipulation tools such as Pandas, NumPy, SQL.
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
• Fimilarity with NLP. Computer vision and Language 
• Models and understanding of transformer based architecture
• Clearly and effectively expressing ideas, listening actively
• Working cooperatively with others, respecting diverse perspectives, and contributing to shared goals
• Staying flexible, open to change, and resilient in uncertain or fast-paced environments
• Analyzing challenges objectively and coming up with practical, creative solutions
