We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Social media and Content Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital and social media strategies, as well as assist in developing engaging content to enhance our brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualification and Experience
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Marketing, Busines, BBA or related disclipline.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management, content marketing, or related role
Job Description
- Manage and grow company’s presence across key platforms (Facebook, Viber, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging and on-brand content across platforms
- Assist in developing and executing content marketing strategies (blogs, email campaigns, SMS campaigns, website content, etc.)
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner.
- Assist in planning and promoting campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Support internal and external communication efforts as needed.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Nepali preferred)
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh content ideas
- Basic knowledge of content planning tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite)
- Familiarity with content marketing and brand storytelling principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiasm for digital trends and audience engagement.
Preferred but not mandatory:
- Experience with basic design/editing tools (Canva, CapCut)
- Knowledge of SEO and email marketing tools
- Basic photography or video editing skills
