The focus is on improving clarity between business needs, user workflows, and product delivery. This role will primarily help reduce dependency on product leadership for requirement detailing, documentation, and basic research tasks.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in Business, IT, or related field

Job Description

• Converting high-level ideas and discussions into structured requirements and user stories
• Preparing clear functional flows, acceptance criteria, and feature documentation
• Understanding user workflows and identifying usability gaps
• Supporting basic research on user needs and competitor features
• Helping translate real business problems into product requirements
• Maintaining updated documentation across assigned projects/modules.

Required Skills

• Strong documentation and structured thinking ability
• Basic understanding of software systems (ERP/SaaS exposure preferred)
• Interest in understanding business operations and user behavior
• Ability to work with ambiguity and bring structure to it
• Strong business mindset with a focus on solving operational challenges faced by users
• Ability to think from a user experience perspective and highlight friction points in workflows
• Willingness to learn ERP and accounting-related domains
