This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building data pipelines, analyzing business data, and developing predictive models to solve real-world fintech challenges.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or Big Data platforms.
• Graduates from TU or KU recognized universities are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows.
• Work with Data Lakehouse and Data Warehouse architectures.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and governance.
• Process large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and business intelligence reporting.
• Create dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
• Analyze customer behavior, transaction trends, and business performance.
• Generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Develop predictive models and machine learning solutions.
• Build customer segmentation, recommendation, and personalization models.
• Evaluate and improve model performance and business impact.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), Scala, and Java
• Strong SQL and database skills.
• Apache Spark and PySpark.
• Data Visualization.
• ETL/ELT development and data modeling.
• Machine Learning fundamentals and model deployment.
