The role focuses on seller acquisition, business development, and achieving revenue targets while supporting Hamrobazar's marketplace growth.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Management, or E-commerce.

Job Description

Acquire, onboard, and manage sellers, brands, and business partners on Hamrobazar.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, advertisers, and strategic partners.
Generate revenue through Listing Fees, Seller Subscription Plans, Product Boost, Banner Advertisements, and Seller Verification Badge services.
Identify and onboard advertisers for website and mobile app advertising placements.
Promote Hamrobazar's premium seller solutions and value-added services.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to execute seller acquisition and promotional campaigns.
Monitor sales performance, prepare business reports, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Support Hamrobazar's marketplace expansion and monetization initiatives.

Required Skills

Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and sales skills.
Ability to achieve revenue targets and build long-term business relationships.
