We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver our cross-vertical initiatives from start to finish. This is a role for someone who can get results without formal authority; you won't manage the people on your projects directly, so your ability to lead through influence, build trust, and align stakeholders is what will make you successful in the role.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree (or Master's Degree) in IT, Business or related discipline.
• 4 years  of proven experience as a Project Manager with a track record of delivering projects on time.

Job Description

• Work with teams to develop clear project plans, take full ownership of those plans, and execute them successfully through completion.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of collaboration projects between our verticals, on time and within agreed scope and budget.
• Manage the core project constraints: scope, cost, and time, and clearly communicate the trade-offs when any one of them shifts.
• Build strong working relationships across teams and companies, and keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged throughout each project.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams you don't have direct authority over, using influence, clarity, and momentum to keep everyone moving toward shared goals.
• Work closely with technical teams through the software development lifecycle, from planning through release into live environments.
• Track progress, anticipate risks, remove blockers, and keep projects on schedule.

Required Skills

• Strong grasp of core project management concepts: scope, cost, and time and how changes to each affect the others and the overall project.
• Solid understanding of standard project management practices and methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a talent for building relationships quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence rather than authority.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including the key stages, common technical stacks, system architecture, and core technical terminology.
• Familiarity with release cycles and hands-on experience successfully delivering projects into live/production environments.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a "must-do" attitude and a proven ability to get things done.
• Strong work ethics and a high sense of ownership and accountability.

Nice to have skiils:

• Experience managing projects across multiple business units or companies.
• A recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum).
