• Leverage analytical skills and business acumen to identify root causes of issues and quantify opportunities for business improvement. 
• Monitor client’s KPIs and success metrics regularly, providing data-driven actionable suggestions for improvement.
• Conduct data analysis, prepare presentations, and share data-driven business insights with stakeholders.
• Analyse data and business objectives to develop business use cases to achieve the business KPI.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and data analysts on analytics initiatives.
• Perform predictive and trend analysis to anticipate potential business challenges and opportunities.
