The Partner Experience Intern will support the optimization of merchant and offer performance by analyzing redemption data, user behavior patterns, and funnel metrics. This role focuses on generating actionable insights to improve offer visibility, performance, and overall partner value.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelors Degree (running or completed) in Business, Economics or a related field

Job Description
- Analyze redemption data, user behavior patterns, and offer-level metrics to uncover trends and actionable insights.
- Evaluate performance of individual offers, categories, placements, and rotations.
- Identify underperforming deals and propose repositioning, additional promotion, or removal.
- Deliver data-backed recommendations for curation tweaks, marketing focus, and merchant targeting.
- Support Partner Advisory with reports on high-demand categories and unmet user needs.
- Monitor full redemption funnel (views → clicks → completions → success).
- Create regular performance dashboards and respond to ad-hoc analysis requests.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards)
- Basic knowledge of data analysis
- Attention to detail and structured thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting insights
- Ability to handle ad-hoc data requests efficiently.
