Job Description

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, WBS, risk registers, change logs, and status reports for assigned initiatives.
• Engage directly with engineering teams to understand architecture, validate effort estimates, and identify technical risks without requiring escalation for routine queries.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across FoneNXT, F1Soft Group verticals, and external vendors to resolve dependencies and blockers.
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews; manage governance and reporting cadence.
• Review technical documents (API specs, integration flows, system design) to ensure project alignment.
• Track and report project KPIs, man-day utilization, and milestone progress across all workstreams.
• Manage scope change requests through a defined CCR process — log, assess impact, obtain approval, and communicate to all stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project status updates, milestone reports, and escalation briefs for senior leadership and cross-vertical audiences.
• Track project budgets, flag cost variances, and contribute to resource planning across parallel initiatives.

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of SDLC - requirements through design, development, testing, and deployment
• Ability to read and interpret API specs, architecture diagrams, and integration flows without developer assistance
• Hands-on familiarity with frontend, mobile or backend development - prior dev experience preferred
• High ownership; proactive on blockers including technical ones.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum; hands-on with Jira and Confluence for sprint and backlog management
• Manages ambiguity well across a multi-initiative, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with fintech concepts - core banking, digital payments, API-first architecture
• Structured thinker - breaks down complex problems into clear, actionable plans
• Strong communicator - translates technical context for business audiences and vice versa
• Technically confident - engages engineers as a peer, asks the right questions, and pushes back with reasoned judgment
• Ability to independently validate technical estimates, identify scope gaps, and flag implementation risks.
