Job Description
- Provide system training and onboarding support to new and existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely manner.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Create, update, and manage support tickets for all customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communication and issue resolution.
- Assist trial users by guiding them through system features and functionalities.
- Follow up with subscribed customers to ensure smooth usage and satisfaction.
- Monitor customer subscription and renewal dates and initiate renewal communication.
- Support customer retention and contribute to trial-to-paid conversions.
- Stay updated with product knowledge to provide accurate guidance to customers.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (Nepali & English)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet tools)
- Time management and multitasking
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
