Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner in FinTech.

• Define and maintain product backlog
• Prioritize user stories and features in alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Track KPIs such as feature adoption, delivery timelines, stakeholder satisfaction, and product performance.
•  Collect and analyze user feedback to recommend improvements

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of software development Communication, clearly convey requirements, ideas, and feedback across teams and stakeholders.
• Agile & Scrum tools- Jira, Confluence.
• Basic understanding of frontend, backend, and APIs.
• Understanding of AI workflows, LLMs, or predictive analytics for product features.
• Responds to changing priorities and resolves blockers efficiently.
• Analytics & reporting tools – Excel & Power BI, SQL Basics
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Work effectively with development, design, and business teams.
• Analytical Thinking, evaluate data, user feedback, and metrics to make informed decisions
• Stakeholder Management, build trust, negotiate trade-offs, and align expectations with business goals.
• Collaboration tools – MS Teams, Zoom.
