We are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy Content Creation Intern who is eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to impactful digital campaigns. Qualification and Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have a passion for content creation and social media, with experience creating content on their personal social media accounts or through academic, freelance, or personal projects.
• Prior internship, freelance, or part-time experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Job Description

• Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Research, plan, and develop creative content ideas based on current trends, audience insights, and marketing campaigns.
• Write simple, engaging, and audience-focused video scripts.
• Shoot and edit videos using mobile devices or professional equipment.
• Appear confidently in videos whenever required.
• Collaborate with the Design, Marketing, and Performance Marketing teams to execute digital campaigns.
• Cover on-ground events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with influencers and content collaborators to develop engaging content.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements using social media analytics.
• Ensure all published content aligns with eSewa's brand guidelines, messaging, and tone of voice.

Required Skills

• Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
• Strong creativity with an eye for social media trends and viral content.
• Basic knowledge of content editing tools.
• Experience working with influencers or content creators is an advantage.
• Understanding of social media analytics
• Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English.
• Familiarity with video editing applications such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
