Data Analyst is responsible to turn data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The role involves creating dashboards, reports, and analytical models to support strategic initiatives and enhance performance across the organization.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.

• Hands-on experience with Apache Superset (dashboard design, filters, chart customization).

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Apache Superset and Power BI.

• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and statistical analysis using Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, seaborn).

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and monitor business metrics and KPIs.

• Create and automate Excel reports and summaries for quick business insights.

• Work with large datasets from multiple sources (databases, APIs, flat files).

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across analytics systems.

• Support in building and maintaining data pipelines for regular reporting needs.

• Communicate findings effectively through data storytelling and visualization.

Required Skills

• Experience with ETL workflows or data engineering concepts.

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

• Understanding of data governance and data quality principles.

• Experience integrating Superset with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).

• Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, aggregations, window functions).

• Expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, and data modeling).

• Strong Python skills for data manipulation and automation.

• Excellent command of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
