Business Development Officer

You will oversee merchant activation, develop impactful promotional campaigns, and ensure smooth daily operations.   • Master’s Degree Holders:Preferably masters degree with 1 year of prior experience in relevant fields. (freshers are encouraged to apply)
  • Bachelor's Degree Holders:Bachelor's degree with minimum of 3 years of prior experience in relevant fields.

Job Description


  1. Engage with eCommerce, antivirus, and language test merchants daily, weekly, and monthly to increase transaction counts, amounts, and overall revenue.
  2. Oversee the activation and onboarding of merchants, ensuring a smooth integration into our platform.
  3. Develop and execute promotional campaigns, collaborating with merchants to create compelling offers and coordinating with internal teams for successful implementation.
  4. Conduct regular visits to merchants to strengthen relationships, perform stock checks, and resolve any issues or concerns.
  5. Work closely with merchants to promote products and services, enhancing sales and customer engagement.
  6. Coordinate with branches for campaign promotions, ensuring alignment with merchant strategies.
  7. Handle day-to-day operations, including resolving transaction-related issues promptly, ideally within T+1 day.
  8. Foster strong partnerships with merchants through consistent communication, support, and identifying opportunities for growth.

 

Required Skills


  1. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and solve operational challenges efficiently.
  4. Willingness to travel regularly for merchant visits.
  5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
