We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Intern to join our International Ticketing Department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, ticketing operations, and client communication within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Qualification and Experience

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Travel & Tourism, or a related field).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, and internet navigation).

Job Description

  • Handle and manage incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with international ticket bookings, inquiries, and travel-related support.
  • Follow up with customers who have initiated bookings and provide timely assistance.
  • Support customers in resolving issues related to online ticket issuance and reservations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and airline partners to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.

  • Basic knowledge of international ticketing and travel processes (preferred)
