We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Intern to join our International Ticketing Department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, ticketing operations, and client communication within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Qualification and Experience
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Travel & Tourism, or a related field).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, and internet navigation).
Job Description
- Handle and manage incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with international ticket bookings, inquiries, and travel-related support.
- Follow up with customers who have initiated bookings and provide timely assistance.
- Support customers in resolving issues related to online ticket issuance and reservations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and airline partners to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
