Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience as a software developer (Backend JAVA, Spring Boot).

Job Description

  • Develop highly scalable software solutions to improve functionality and system longevity.
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders - Product owners, Business Analysts, and Quality Assurance to plan and execute projects, including technical specifications, by breaking down into features and prioritizing those with the estimated timeline.
  • Analyze current systems to maintain integrity and improve architecture.
  • Remain informed of current trends and technology developments.
  • Assist junior developers with troubleshooting, debugging, and coding.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documents, references, and other project-related activities.
  • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, if needed, to onboard fresh technical talents.

Required Skills

  • Expert in Object Oriented Concepts.
  • Working experience with Spring Cloud is a must.
  • Expert in Data Structure and DBMS.
  • Expert in Agile/Scrum Practices and Tools.
  • Good Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Good Knowledge of Standard Coding Practices.
  • Good Experience in code management and CI/CD tools.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Java/J2EE, ORM, JPA, Spring Boot & Web services.
  • Solid experience in web development in Angular 4 or higher framework.
  • Experience with MySQL database engine with sound knowledge in SQL Query.
  • Good knowledge and experience in server-side APIs and web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML).
  • Good knowledge of glass fish application server & tomcat.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills and ability to work under a tight schedule and meet deadlines.
