The Associate DevOps Engineer will be working to maintain our function support service continuity, meet KPIs, ensure timely issue resolution, which directly impacts client satisfaction and retention and help excel business performance. 
 

Shift: Night Shift
Potential Timings: 6pm-2am OR 2am-9am

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science/Engineering or any other related technical discipline
• 2-3 years of prior work experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering
• Willingness to work night shift

Job Description

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment process
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Ansible
• Ensure system reliability, availability, scalability, and security across all environments
• Monitor system performance,health, and alerting using logging and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, tempo, etc)
• Apply and enforce DevOps and DevSecOps best practices, including secure coding, vulnerability management, and compliance standards
• Manage and support databases (SQL/NoSQL), including deployment, performance tuning, backup, replication, and high availability
• Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to streamline and improve deployment workflows
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis (RCA)
• Maintain backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and system restoration procedures
• Adhere to established procedures and methodologies to complete assigned tasks and deliver outcomes with a high level of accuracy and completeness.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues and support overall infrastructure operations
• Develop automation scripts to reduce manual operational tasks.
