The role ensures that required documents are accurately reviewed, properly maintained, and processed in a timely manner to support smooth operational activities.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in operations, documentation handling, or customer service.
Job Description
- Verify AR (Agent Representative) documents and related details to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Contact ARs through phone calls and follow-ups to collect required documents and clarify missing information.
- Maintain, update, and organize AR documentation records in a systematic and accessible manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as FS and MR for documentation-related updates and verification processes.
- Ensure proper documentation tracking and timely completion of operational requirements.
- Support the operations team in maintaining efficient documentation and reporting processes.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and documentation management abilities.
- Ability to perform verification and detail-oriented tasks with accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication).
