We’re looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, conduct market research, lead product vision, strategize launch and growth, while collaborating across teams to build solutions that deliver real value to the organization.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of prior work experience
• Extensive experience in agile methodologies and managing the full product life-cycle.
• Proven track record in SaaS or technology product development

Required Skills

• Analytical and product tools: like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Hotjar, Segment, etc.
• Probing skills to uncover actual needs and expectations of clients and users.
• Deep understanding of software development and web technologies.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in product management tools (like: Jira, Trello)
• Knowledge of Front-end Technologies: HTML, CSS, Javascript and frameworks like React, Vue.js, Angular
• Knowledge of Back-end Technologies: (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET etc and concepts of APIs, RESTful services, authentication, catching, etc ).
• Familarity with Database Technologies: Relational and NoSQL
• Knowledge of DevOps/ Cloud Infrastructures and version control and collaboration tools: Git, Github, Gitlab, Bitnucket
• Knowlegde of API Integrations: Reading API docs, understanding JSON, XML, Webhooks and using tools like  Postman, Swagger
