Branch InCharge will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, business growth, and team management of the assigned branch. The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, merchant engagement, Authorized Representative network expansion, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to promote digital wallet adoption in the region.
Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branch operations, business development, or sales management, preferably in the fintech, banking, or financial services sector.

Proficiency in English, Nepali, and local dialects (preferred for regional engagement).
Job Description
1. Business Development & Growth
- Drive branch-level business targets related to user acquisition, merchant onboarding, and transaction volume.
- Develop and implement local strategies to expand wallet penetration and digital payment adoption.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure the branch meets monthly and quarterly growth KPIs.
2. Operations Management
- Oversee smooth branch operations including account openings, authorized representative support, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, NRB guidelines, and KYC/AML standards.
- Monitor performance and ensure timely reporting to the Head Office.
- Coordinate with the central operations and customer service teams for process improvement.
3. Team Leadership
- Supervise, motivate, and guide the branch team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Conduct performance appraisals, identify training needs, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and innovation.
- Manage staff scheduling and branch administration.
4. Customer & Partner Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, authorized representative, distributors, and local stakeholders.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Represent the company in local events, trade fairs, and community engagements to promote digital financial literacy.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Analyze branch performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit periodic business and performance reports to Team Leads.
