The Business Development Intern will assist in BTL activations and on-ground marketing campaigns by visiting merchant locations for branding installation and follow-ups. They will ensure merchants are aware of campaigns, using the business app, and properly onboarded, and maintain visit records, coordinate branding material placement, and collect merchant feedback for improvement.

• Bachelors Degree (running or completed) in Business, Economics or a related field

Job Description

• Assist in planning and executing BTL activations and on-ground marketing campaigns.
• Visit merchant locations to paste and install branding materials (banners, stickers, standees, etc.).
• Conduct Market Survey, regular follow-ups with merchants
• Check awareness about the brand and campaigns.
• Verify the status and visibility of branding materials.
• Confirm whether merchants have logged into and are using the business app.
• Support in merchant onboarding, helping them understand and complete the onboarding process.
• Maintain records and reports of merchant visits, branding activities, and feedback.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely supply and placement of branding materials.
• Assist in field research and feedback collection from merchants for continuous improvement.
