Working closely with Customer Sucess team, the intern will help maintain offer freshness, optimize placement logic, and contribute to growth and expansion through structured lead identification and market scanning.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelors Degree (running or completed) in Business Studies, Administration or a related field
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Job Description

• Research and design offer visibility layout (top placements, category prioritization, featured deals).
• Prepare complete offer listing briefs for Operations (T&Cs, validity, redemption rules, rotation logic).
• Develop guidelines for seasonal, limited-time, or high-demand offer rotations.
• Ensure all curated offers align with user preferences and merchant agreements.
• Collaborate with Partner Advisory to incorporate new merchant offers into the portfolio.
• Review and refine curation rules based on performance feedback.
• Maintain offer relevance and freshness to sustain engagement.
