To support the merchant onboarding and activation process for QR-based payment services. The intern will assist in QR merchant registration, handle operational follow-ups, and provide eSpeaker and activation support to ensure seamless digital onboarding and service delivery.
Qualification and Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Job Description
- Assist in QR merchant registration by collecting, verifying, and inputting required data into the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and operational support for new merchants.
- Provide on-site or remote support to merchants for QR activation and ensure proper setup of payment systems.
- Assist in managing queries and technical issues related to eSpeaker setup and usage.
- Maintain accurate logs of merchant onboarding and support activities.
- Support documentation, reporting, and data entry tasks as needed by the team.
