Qualification and Experience
- Minimum +2 (Intermediate level); Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field preferred.
- Prior fieldwork, sales, or agent/merchant onboarding experience is an advantage.
Job Description
- New Agent Identification & Onboarding:
- Conduct market visits to identify potential agent partners based on business viability and location strategy.
- Support new agents through the onboarding process including document collection, system registration, and initial training.
- SIM Dispatch & Agent Activation:
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of agent SIMs and necessary materials (POS, banners, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams for SIM provisioning and system integration.
- Agent Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular contact with agents to monitor activation, usage, and resolve any operational issues.
- Follow up on inactive agents to encourage reactivation or understand deactivation reasons.
