The Marketing Analytics & Performance Officer is responsible for driving data-driven marketing decisions by managing campaign analytics, attribution, performance reporting, and KPI governance. This role ensures that marketing investments deliver measurable business outcomes, including user acquisition, activation, retention, revenue growth, and return on advertising spend (ROAS). Working closely with Brand & Marketing, Data Engineering, and Business teams, the incumbent transforms data into actionable insights that optimize marketing performance and support strategic decision-making.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, business intelligence, or digital marketing analytics.
- Experience in campaign performance analysis, attribution modeling, and marketing KPI reporting.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools and marketing analytics platforms is preferred.
- Experience in fintech, digital products, or e-commerce will be an added advantage.
Job Description
Marketing Analytics & Attribution
- Own end-to-end marketing attribution and campaign performance analytics.
- Track customer journeys from campaign exposure through activation and revenue generation.
- Measure campaign effectiveness using key performance metrics, including ROAS and conversion rates.
Performance Analysis
- Analyze marketing funnels, including registration-to-KYC, activation, conversion, and repeat usage.
- Monitor customer behavior and identify trends to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Develop customer cohorts and segmentation for acquisition, retargeting, and cross-selling initiatives.
KPI Governance & Reporting
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing KPI tracking aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain interactive marketing dashboards and performance reports.
- Prepare daily business performance reports for Brand Managers and leadership.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Brand & Marketing, Data Engineering, Product, and Business teams to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Support data governance initiatives to improve marketing measurement and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and monitor marketing success metrics.
Performance Optimization
- Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization, budget allocation, and scaling.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, activation, retention, and overall marketing efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement of attribution models and marketing measurement frameworks.
