The ideal candidate will lead strategic business development initiatives, build and manage high-value partnerships, and drive market expansion opportunities. The candidate should possess strong communication and relationship management skills, strategic thinking ability, and a proven track record of executing growth-focused business strategies.
Qualification and Experience
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a reputed institution preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree holders with strong professional achievements and relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Experience
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in Sales, business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or people management role.
- Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships, drive commercial growth, and close high-value business deals.
- Prior experience in fintech, digital payments, digital commerce, or technology-driven industries will be an added advantage.
