- Minimun 6 month to 1 year of experience in relevant field
Job Description
• Review pending transactions and promptly address any ambiguities or discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide comprehensive support to merchants, banks, and clients by addressing transaction-related inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively identify and resolve disputes between parties involved in transactions, facilitating effective communication and negotiation to reach mutually agreeable resolutions.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across various departments to optimize operational processes and workflows related to transaction management.
• Maintain accurate records of transaction activities, inquiries, and resolutions for future reference and analysis.
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in transaction support, financial services, banking, or related fields.
• Familiarity with transaction processing systems and platforms.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
